comfortable bed great shower broken wifi missing minibar

i found cafes nearby, great for lunch. the beds were comfortable. i also found the shower worked great.

The wifi did not work . the room did not have a minibar or fridge. I found this disappointing.

Superb Location and Friendly Service

great cleanliness helpful staff prime proximity superb location

the cleanliness was really excellent Everything felt orderly and well cared for. The staff were genuinely nice and helpful, always ready to assist. Its proximity to the jardin du luxembourg is a major plus for morning strolls. Several cafes and restaurants are only steps away from the entrance.

the tv did not work as expected however i did not need it much.

the hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the airport at approximately €75 each way. Breakfast in the room was available but, originally, i was hoping for the restaurant experience. i appreciate this extra convenience though.

the staff displayed genuine kindness and were very good too help with any requests. One receptionist even organized a doctor to call at the hotel on a public holiday. the personal attention was amazing.

the breakfast offered good value for money given how plentiful it was with many options. simple things, such as butter and jam, were readily available upon request. i considered it quite the bargain for the selection offered.

the location was acceptable. it was close to the jardin du luxembourg.

the hotel was undergoing refurbishment. the hotel did not inform me of this prior to my arrival. it disrupted my stay.
